The Magic of Aprendio
Aprendio started as a system to automate corporate learning using the magic of AI. The word Aprendio means "Learned" in Spanish, but also sounds like a magic word from Harry Potter. Companies quickly saw the power of automation, and we expanded our magic into healthcare, aviation, defense and enterprise, until we became the partner of choice for AI automation all across the Midwest.
Today? We’re a squad of top designers, developers, and fractional C-level wizards who help founders and companies scale to new heights. Instead of consultants who come and go, we partner with your company and guarantee you'll grow with our services, or we work with you for free until we do.
- Turning blockers into profit engines
- Experts embedded as partners to serve your team
- 3-month ROI gurantee

About the Founder
Michael Kocher is Aprendio's first fractional Chief AI Officer who helps companies cut manual work and build automation that teams actually use.
His work spans internal operations, AI agents, and custom systems built with n8n, Python, and APIs—deployed across healthcare, education, defense, aviation, and enterprise clients. He focuses on what to automate first, what not to build, and how to roll it out so it sticks.
With a background in engineering, automation, physics, education, and instructional systems design, Michael designs automation and operations around how people actually work and learn. He partners with founders and operators who want fewer handoffs, less busywork, and room for their teams to think again.
